Wondering about solarpunk?D.S.G. Burke’s unique blend of irreverent, climate-anxious storytelling is waiting for you, dear readers.

Bio

D. S. G. Burke (she/her) simultaneously fears and longs to live in Philip K. Dick’s version of the future, which is why she makes her living evaluating grant proposals to fund mitigation and adaptation to global climate change—but still travels by plane whenever possible. She grew up in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and now resides in New York City. Her works in progress include a memoir of her childhood living aboard a sailboat, and cli-fi novel set in the near future. Her writing has appeared in the Seattle Times and 3Elements Literary Review.
